Whether you are looking to take inventory of your forest to evaluate the market value of standing timber, or looking to better understand the resources on your property as a whole, we can assist you. Using the desired evaluation of your natural resources and projecting them graphically, we will help you better understand the value your property has through a property value assessment.

At Northeast Forestry + Design, we use advanced land mapping and data collection tools to accurately measure and analyze ecosystems. The Environment Systems Research Institute (ESRI) platform is used for our data collection. Using ESRI's geospatial analysis functions, we're able to precisely measure and effectively assess property quickly and efficiently.

After assessing your property, we're able to inform future management decisions, create accurate property maps, and determine timber value assessments. In addition to traditional paper maps, we also offer a digital option that allows users to navigate using their phone's GPS.
